You have received an invitation for a video conversation with Zorg van de Zaak. On this page, you can learn more about video conversations and find practical instructions.

You will need:

  • A quiet environment for an undisturbed calling
  • A well-functioning internet connection
  • A computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone with a camera, microphone, and speakers or headphones
  • An up-to-date browser

Tips for your video meeting:

  • If possible, find an environment with good lighting and as little background noise as possible.
  • Place your mobile device in a standard or make it lean to something and adjust to camera, so you are visible on screen. You won’t have to hold your phone, the image will be steady and you will have your hands free.
  • Connect to a good Wi-Fi point (or use a network cable), so the quality of the video call is good and you avoid high usage of mobile data. The range is often best near your Wi-Fi point or router.
  • Finally: don’t worry. We understand that you cannot always create an ideal situation.

Practical information & instructions:

Zorg van de Zaak uses Microsoft Teams for video conversations.

How to prepare:

We recommend installing Microsoft Teams on your laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone:

On most laptops and desktop computers, you can also join via your internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. You don’t need to create a Teams account.

How does it work?

A few days before your video conversation, you will receive a link via email or SMS. Just before the appointment starts, click on the link. You will be directed to our Digital Waiting Room. Once our professional starts the conversation, the ‘Join your meeting’ button will become active, and a sound will play to alert you. You will then be redirected to the conversation in Teams.

If Teams isn’t working well:
